I can hardly believe it’s almost the one year anniversary of Kate and Aaron’s Full Moon Resort wedding! The bride and groom had envisioned a romantic winter woodland wedding with a rustic “mountains and moss”theme. And that was exactly what they got. As a Hudson Valley Wedding Photographer, I’ve had my fair share of cold days but this was quite possibly the coldest day of the year! Even with the threat of frostbite, it couldn’t have been more beautiful with snow lightly falling, the sun shining bright and their love keeping them warm. Full Moon Resort in the the Catskills was the perfect setting for their friends and family to gather and celebrate. Kate, Aaron and all of their loved ones took up residence in the property’s many cabins for the entire weekend. Their details were so thoughtfully curated and some of my most favorite were the Groom’s moss-filled cufflinks, the stationary designed by the couple, and the impromptu bark used for love letters. Every part of the day truly reflected this down-to-earth, completely smitten couple. They are sincerely two of the most happiest people I know and it is a joy just being in their presence! Happy Anniversary K+A!
