When you work with me, I want your session to be as stress-free as possible. I’ll prepare you with a guide on what to expect, wardrobe tips, how to get your home ready and so much more. Our time together doesn’t end with the last click of my shutter - after the session, I’ll guide you through the process of turning those digital files into printed goods to display around your home.

The Process
If you've love my work and everything you've read on my site resonates with you, just fill out my Contact Form to get even more information. From there we'll chat on the phone so I can find out a little bit more about you and what you're looking for.
Once you've booked your photo session, you'll receive a guide that will walk you through everything from choosing outfits to getting your home and family ready. The guide is based on a decade of experience and typically answers any questions that come up.
It's the day of your session! Newborn sessions take place in your home, typically around 10am and last 1-2 hours.
Maternity and Family sessions take place either in your home or one of my preferred outdoor locations on weekday mornings or just before sunset.
Three weeks after your session is when it all comes together with your gallery delivery. From here, you can download and share your digital images.
Next, through an intuitive and seamless gallery, you can choose custom printed goods from prints to albums and frames. These are heirlooms that will truly stand the test of time.

Working with Nicole was the most grace-filled experience for this first time mama! She fully prepared us for the time together beforehand with very helpful tips! The morning of was hectic for us - a fussy baby, excited grandparents, and working-from-home parents all coming together. Nicole met us at our home for an in-home session, bringing with her her equipment, but also her peaceful, kind, bright presence. She was able to beautifully direct us and captured joy-filled scenes that our families will treasure forever.

At Home Sessions include up to 2 hours of photography in your home and yard, a private online gallery housing your 50 beautifully edited digital high-resolution images, a pre-session guide, post-session ordering consultation, and $100 credit towards printed goods of your choice.
Outdoor Sessions include 30 minutes of photography in one of my preferred locations, a private online gallery housing your 25 beautifully edited digital high-resolution images, and a pre-session guide.

WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS?
I strive to capture the love and authenticity of your family in an honest, timeless and organic manner. With a non-invasive approach, I work to make sure you are comfortable and capture you connecting with your children. I specialize in at-home lifestyle photography and I understand how to find the best natural light in and around your home. I have patience and flexibility of working with kiddos of all ages and I value both traditional (think, smiling at the camera) and documentary (think, interacting with each other) photography.

WHERE & WHEN DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
All sessions take place on weekdays. At-Home sessions are scheduled for mid-morning and take place in your house and yard. Outdoor sessions are scheduled for mid-morning or in the evening before sunset and take place in a designated park in Lagrangeville, NY. Timing and location is intentional based on lighting, my aesthetic and my experience of working with children. I know it can be a little worrisome planning around everybody’s schedules and moods but I have tips to guide you through this!

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Most sessions take place at family’s homes within 35 miles of Poughquag, NY or in a preselected park near me. For custom locations, please contact me to chat more!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Your photos will be delivered within 3 weeks via an online gallery. You'll be able to view, download and print your edited photos at this time. Sessions book 2 months or more in advance, so please book as soon as you can!
