When I met with Kellie and Mike to talk about wedding photography, one of the first things the bride-to-be brought up was having their engagement photos taken at Manor Park in Larchmont, NY. I hadn’t been there before so when I went to scout the location before our engagement session, I was completely surprised that something so scenic was so close to home {I’m still getting used to living back on the coast rather than a landlocked state}! I could understand why this place was so special to Kellie and Mike and I couldn’t wait to shoot along the park’s rocky ledges. These two were so giggly and happy during their session, you’d never know that it was freezing and the wind was whipping! After shooting in Manor Park, we headed to the nearby St. Augustine’s church for a few more picturesque shots {I love how the stones of the church mimic some of those in the many gazebos found at the park}. Kellie and Mike are so genuinely kind, patient, and fun and I cannot wait to shoot their wedding next year!!
