Oh friends, I am so excited to be sharing this NYC engagement session with you today! I had met Caitlin + Phil via Skype a few months back and we had been chatting about their e-session and upcoming November wedding at Brotherhood Winery every since, so I couldn’t wait to finally meet them in person! Because they live in the city, and because Phil had proposed right here in Madison Square Park, there was no question about where their shoot would take place. So on a bitter cold Saturday morning in March, these two braved the elements as they held each other close, laughed, twirled, and popped champagne bottles… on a rooftop! And as we were waiting for the elevator up to that rooftop, I asked the two of them if they were criers and if I should expect to see some tears at their wedding to which Caitlin replied “No we’re not that sappy, just sooo happy. He’s my best buddy and I get to spend my whole life with him!” Well, I’ll give you one guess who WAS crying… that would be me 😉 These two have quickly become friends of mine and I cannot wait until their wedding next Fall!
